PROBLEM:
The hospital system’s top leadership had a strong commitment to diversity and was looking to educate both its employees and the community about the true value of supporting local diverse businesses.
SOLUTION:
Baker Creative performed an audit and research to craft the right stories with key messaging to inspire employees and the public to see the true economic impact in the communities of OhioHealth and its 42,000 employees. Our goal was to inspire the healthcare staff and C-suite to improve their commitment to working with diverse partners. We worked with the diversity department to deliver the right story to inspire and educate to drive awareness.
As a result of our collaboration, OhioHealth was recognized Nationally for Diversity and Inclusion Among Top Hospitals and Health Systems and has been recognized nationally for its efforts around building and growing a culture of diversity and inclusion by DiversityInc. DiversityInc is considered the gold standard in the U.S. for assessing companies for diversity, equity and inclusion.
