The Bank was looking to expand its brand locations into new urban markets. Park National Bank would be competing for the same qualified customers who were not familiar with the brand. The bank was looking to attract new audiences and a variety of new markets in Ohio to generate more revenue.
SOLUTION:
Baker Creative established a new brand strategy, positioning and key messaging to improve the customer experience across the organization. We provided research, strategic planning, a customized integrated creative campaign to speak to the wide audience the bank serves.
