Little Italy Ristorante’s goal: Expand, educate, and reposition to generate more revenue.

PROBLEM
The client wanted to expand its brand with new customers in a hyper-competitive pizza category. They were looking to move into a new location that was three times to size of its old one. The client wanted to branch out into new markets where there was little brand awareness.

SOLUTION:
The new strategy of positioning them as a generational Italian ristorante had provided them with an untapped opportunity where there was less competition while still keeping what they do best, pizza. This gave them the chance to upsell, diversify, and maximize revenue. Baker Creative approach leveraged the three-generation nostalgia while modernizing the brand with new positioning. We designed in-store campaigns, environmental graphics and gift card mailers, menu, copywriting, a new corporate identity, and signage that resonated with audiences. Baker Creative.
