Human Capital Specialist and Trainer
Katie Dankovich is a human resource senior practitioner with more than 10 years of accomplishment in all phases of the employee experience from talent acquisition to exit interviews. She served XPO Logistics as a corporate recruiter and Safelite Auto Glass in several roles during her tenure, including talent project manager. Katie is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) and Talent Acquisition Leadership Keynotes (TALK).
Education: Katie earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Franklin University. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter and earned SHRM Foundation Veterans At Work and Getting Talent Back to Work certificates. She is becoming an authorized partner with Wiley DiSC, augmenting her existing ability to provide training and workshops that help individuals understand their behavioral preferences, personality style and those of others from the four main profiles of dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness.
